This Privacy Policy explains how Prevzn Studio LLC ("Prevzn," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Prevzn mobile app and the website at prevzn.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information. Your name or username, email address, and the credentials you use to sign in.
Voice and script data (Creator DNA). To build your Creator DNA voice profile and write scripts in your voice, we process the speech, recordings, and text you provide or create in the Service, and the scripts the Service generates for you. This data is used to operate the features you use.
Usage data. Information about how you use the Service, such as the formats and features you use, scripts generated, device and app information, and basic log data.
Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment card details directly; we do not collect or store full card numbers. We receive limited information from Stripe such as your subscription status and the last digits/brand of your card for billing and support.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; build and improve your Creator DNA voice profile and generate scripts in your voice; manage your account, subscription, and billing; provide support; secure the Service and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We use your voice and script data to deliver the features you use; where we use data to improve the Service generally, we do so in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
3. Your voice and script data, specifically
We know your voice and your scripts are sensitive. We process them to provide your Creator DNA and the Service's core features. You own your content (see our Terms of Service). Where the Service offers it, you can export your Creator DNA voice profile, and you can request deletion of your content and account (see "Your rights" below).
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it, including:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — website and application hosting.
- AI and infrastructure providers — to generate scripts and operate Service features.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. When you delete content or close your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except for limited backups and records we must keep by law.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your data in the Service, and you can contact us at support@prevzn.com to exercise these rights. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to use the Service, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Cookies and analytics
We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies on prevzn.com for essential site functions, such as keeping you signed in and securing the site. We will update this Policy and provide any required consent controls before using cookies for analytics or advertising.
10. Data location
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.
