This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Prevzn Studio LLC ("Prevzn," "we," "us," or "our") subscriptions purchased at prevzn.com. It is part of our Terms of Service.
The short version
- The 7-day free trial requires no payment card and never charges you. It does not convert to a paid plan on its own.
- Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not billed again.
- We do not offer refunds for amounts already paid, including partial or unused subscription periods, except where a refund is required by law.
1. The free trial
The Trial plan is free for 7 days and includes 3 scripts and Easy formats. No payment card is required to start the trial, and the trial does not charge you anything. The trial does not automatically turn into a paid subscription. To keep using Prevzn after the trial period, or to go beyond the trial's limits, you must actively choose and subscribe to a paid plan. If you take no action, the trial simply ends and you are not charged.
2. Paid plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are purchased only at prevzn.com and processed by Stripe. The plans are:
- Core — $19.99/month or $199/year
- Pro — $39.99/month or $399/year
- Elite — $79.99/month or $799/year
You choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically at the then-current price at the start of each new period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on prevzn.com, or by emailing support@prevzn.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. To avoid being billed for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
4. What happens when you cancel
When you cancel:
- You keep access to your paid plan through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- You are not billed again after that period ends.
- After your paid period ends, your account moves to a free or limited state, and paid features become unavailable.
5. Refunds
We do not provide refunds for subscription fees already charged, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for — and because the free trial lets you try Prevzn before paying — all sales are final once a charge is made, except where a refund is required by applicable law (for example, certain consumer-protection or statutory rights that cannot be waived).

6. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you advance notice, and any change applies only to future billing periods — never to a period you have already paid for. If you don't agree to a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
7. Failed or declined payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. We'll contact you about how to update your payment method.
