These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Prevzn Studio LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized in the State of Texas ("Prevzn," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Prevzn mobile application and the website at prevzn.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are and what Prevzn does
Prevzn is a tool for content creators. The Service learns how you speak ("Creator DNA"), writes video scripts in your voice across a set of creator video formats, and guides recording with features such as a teleprompter and on-device capture. Some features are available only in the mobile app; account management and paid subscriptions are handled on the web at prevzn.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@prevzn.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and the free trial
Plans. Prevzn offers the following plans:
- Trial — free for 7 days, no payment card required. Includes 3 scripts and Easy formats.
- Core — $19.99/month or $199/year. Includes 5 formats and 20 scripts.
- Pro — $39.99/month or $399/year. Includes all 11 formats and unlimited scripts.
- Elite — $79.99/month or $799/year. Includes everything in Pro plus the AI Director.
Free trial. The 7-day free trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. The trial does not charge you anything. To continue past the trial period or beyond the trial's limits, you must actively choose and subscribe to a paid plan. If you do nothing, you are not charged.
Web-only payments. Paid subscriptions are purchased only through prevzn.com. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not collect or store your full payment card details. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.
Billing and renewal. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select — and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation, what happens to your access afterward, and our refund stance are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will give you advance notice, and changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others; to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service; to access the Service through automated means except as we permit; or to resell or sublicense the Service without our permission.
6. Your content and your voice
You own your content. You retain all rights to the scripts, recordings, videos, and other content you create with or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
License to operate the Service. You grant Prevzn a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Your Content and your voice and speech data solely to provide and improve the Service for you — for example, to build your Creator DNA voice profile, generate scripts in your voice, and operate features you use. This license exists so we can run the Service; it ends when you delete the relevant content or close your account, except for backups retained for a limited period and anything we must keep to comply with law.
Your voice profile is portable. Where the Service offers it, you may export your Creator DNA voice profile. How we handle voice and script data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the app, website, software, models, design, and the Prevzn brand and logos, is owned by Prevzn Studio LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe (payments), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Prevzn generates scripts and guidance using automated and AI systems; output may contain errors and is provided for your use and judgment. We do not guarantee any particular result, including views, followers, engagement, or income. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prevzn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Prevzn harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date or by email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
